Hawley Architects is a full-service architecture and interiors firm founded by Chris Hawley.  Based out of Seattle and the San Juan Islands, Chris has over 14 years experience working on custom residential homes and remodels throughout the Pacific Northwest and across the country.

With expertise in projects ranging from small renovations to new homes, we believe in creating environmentally thoughtful designs that reflect the uniqueness of the people inhabiting them. Through efficient use of space, materials, and structural elements, we look to use less of our precious resources – crafting projects that will stand the test of time.

Chris received his Bachelor of Arts at the University of Puget Sound and his Master of Architecture at the University of Washington. Before founding Hawley Architects in 2017 he spent 14 years as a Project Manager/Architect at Finne Architects where he contributed to many distinct, award-winning custom residential projects.  He is a Licensed Architect and LEED Green Associate.  Chris currently lives in the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle with his wife and two young daughters.
